1. The registration fee entitles participants to attend the reunion.

2. Registration is confirmed only upon the receipt of payment. Payment must be made according to the correct registration fee stated above.

3. The registration is non-transferable.

4. The organiser will not bear any responsibility for participants who have successfully registered, but do not attend the reunion. Attendance during the reunion is the sole responsibility of the participant alone.

1. Any request for cancellation of registration must be in writing to the organising committee at kmcmangalorereunion@gmail.com

2. Cancellation received on or before 30th June 2026 - 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

3. Cancellation received after 30th June 2026 or No Show - No Refund will be made.

4. All refunds will be processed within one month after the reunion.

5. Any bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all reunion registration refunds.

6. This cancellation policy applies to all the programme organised by Organising Team in this reunion.

In the event of a technical glitch or any unforeseen circumstances causing the event to not take place, the organiser will ensure to reconduct the said event at another date and time in which the registered participants will be informed in advance.
